Job Description As the B2B Call Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:
⭐ Ensuring that all benchmark targets are consistently met within every measurement period.
⭐ Effectively managing leads to reach the required conversions.
⭐ Ensuring compliance with Cartrack Policies and Procedures.
⭐ Keeping the team motivated and committed to achieving set goals.
⭐ Providing continuous feedback to senior management.
⭐ Offering ongoing guidance to consultants.
⭐ Fostering good working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
⭐ Acting as a role model and demonstrating how results are achieved.
⭐ Continuously monitoring staff activity levels and productivity.
⭐ Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
⭐ Managing staff-related issues, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
⭐ Implementing new initiatives to enhance department performance and sales generation.
⭐ Participating closely in staff recruitment processes.
Experience and Requirements
⭐ Proven track record of leadership skills.
⭐ Minimum of 5-8 years B2B sales call center experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
⭐ Good understanding of competitor offerings.
⭐ Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
⭐ Willingness to work with sales personnel to enhance their industry knowledge.
⭐ Extremely deadline-driven and target-oriented.
⭐ Excellent time management skills.
⭐ Strong organizational skills.
⭐ Proficient in computer use.
