Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service, including billing support for TV, Internet, and Voice subscribers.
Process payments, offer payment solutions, explain billing details, upgrade services (e.g., premium channels), and manage adjustments or credits as required.
Proactively pitch and close sales, demonstrating strong retention skills by highlighting the value and benefits of product plans.
Be flexible to work shifts in a 24/7 environment (essential).
What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a call center environment (minimum of six months).
Strong communication and sales skills.
